Mozilla Firefox 5
Nearly three months since the launch of the Firefox 4, and now Mozilla has announced the official launch date of the Firefox 5 browser, on June 21.

As quoted from Neowin, Saturday (06/18/2011), the release schedules of the browsers installed on the Mozilla site fairly quickly, because the Firefox 6 itself will also be launched on July 5, or two weeks after Firefox 5 launched.

The Firefox 5 browser looks almost the same as Firefox 4, but will have some new features.

Here are some of the development that will be added to the Firefox 5:
- Development on canvas, JavaScript, network performance, and memory usage.
- Standards that have been enhanced to support HTML5, XHR, MathML and SMIL
- Development of a variety of languages to check spelling
- Development of the Linux desktop environment for integration
- Improved performance for background tab
- Repair WebGL, an improved cross-domain texture and memory usage improvements

In addition to continuing to support the latest update of the Firefox, Mozilla also plans to end support for the Firefox 3.5, which is now almost two years old. Users who are still using the Firefox 3.5 may be 'forced' to upgrade his browser to the Firefox 3.6.18
